GLOBAXIS

Privacy Policy

Effective 31 August 2026. Canonical URL: https://globaxis.com/privacy

This Privacy Policy explains how GLOBAXIS processes personal data when you use the GLOBAXIS application and related services. It is written for a general international audience, including people in the EEA/UK, without claiming certifications or a registered legal entity that has not been recorded in our operator configuration.

Related terms of use are in our Terms of Service.

Who we are

GLOBAXIS is an AI-assisted planning and life-organization service. The contact details below are the published contact channels for the operator group already shown on the public site that currently answers globaxis.com. They are provided so you can reach us. They are not a substitute for a confirmed registered company name, company number, or data-protection officer appointment, which remain to be completed in our operator configuration.

Information we process

The categories we may process depend on how you use GLOBAXIS. They can include:

  • Account and profile information such as email address, locale, timezone, plan, authentication identifiers, and session data needed to sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • Life-planning information you create, including Goals, Tasks, Milestones, Criteria, related notes, timelines, memories, and other planning content you add or generate while using the service.
  • Optional connected-source information that you explicitly authorize, such as bounded Gmail evidence described below.
  • Technical, security, and log information such as request metadata, device/app identifiers, timestamps, error reports, and records needed to operate, debug, and secure the service.
  • Review-workflow records such as suggestions, candidates, provenance metadata, and your confirmations, rejections, or other decisions.

We process data that is necessary to operate and secure GLOBAXIS, to provide the features you use, and to meet legal obligations that apply to us.

Connected sources

Connected third-party sources are optional. GLOBAXIS does not access a connected source unless you give explicit authorization or consent for that source. You can refuse, and you can later disconnect a source you previously connected.

Gmail (current implementation)

If you choose to connect Gmail, the current GLOBAXIS implementation is as follows:

  • Gmail access is read-only.
  • GLOBAXIS requests only the minimum Gmail read-only scope currently implemented: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly.
  • Access is used to inspect selected or recent email information for evidence that may be relevant to your plans, Tasks, Goals, Milestones, Criteria, or life events.
  • Gmail evidence may result in a reviewable candidate or suggestion.
  • Gmail evidence does not automatically complete Tasks, Criteria, or Milestones, and does not automatically mark Goals achieved.
  • Consequential state changes require your explicit confirmation.
  • GLOBAXIS does not send email through this integration.
  • GLOBAXIS does not modify, delete, move, label, archive, or otherwise mutate Gmail messages.
  • There is no background full-mailbox surveillance or polling in the current implementation.
  • Sync is user- or request-initiated and bounded (currently a recent lookback window and message caps, not a clone of your mailbox).
  • GLOBAXIS may retain bounded evidence, metadata, and excerpts required for the review workflow. It does not copy your entire mailbox.
  • Gmail attachments are not currently downloaded or OCR’d by this adapter. Attachment metadata (such as filename, type, and size) may be observed where implemented.
  • You can disconnect Gmail in GLOBAXIS and revoke future access, including through your Google Account permissions.

Disconnecting or revoking Gmail stops future Gmail access. Cached Gmail evidence used for the review workflow is deleted on disconnect in the current implementation. Records that must legitimately be retained for security, audit, legal obligations, or already-confirmed user actions may have separate retention rules and are not treated as a live Gmail connection.

Google User Data / Google API Services

This section describes GLOBAXIS’s use and handling of information received from Google APIs, including Gmail.

Google user data obtained through restricted or sensitive API access is used only to provide or improve the user-facing GLOBAXIS functionality that you requested and authorized — currently, helping you review whether selected email information appears relevant to your plans — subject to applicable Google policy and legal requirements.

  • GLOBAXIS does not sell Gmail or other Google user data.
  • GLOBAXIS does not use Gmail content for advertising, and does not use Google user data to serve ads.
  • GLOBAXIS does not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
  • GLOBAXIS does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the authorized feature (for example, to infrastructure and processing providers acting on GLOBAXIS instructions), to comply with law, or with your direction.
  • Human access to Google user data is limited to cases such as providing support you request, securing the service, investigating abuse, or meeting legal obligations.

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Automated processing and AI

Automated systems, including AI, may analyze permitted data — such as your planning content and, if you connected Gmail, bounded email excerpts and metadata — to identify potentially relevant evidence or suggestions.

AI may propose. You confirm consequential life-plan changes. GLOBAXIS does not treat an AI inference as an automatic completion of a Task, Criterion, or Milestone, or as an automatic Goal achievement.

This policy does not make claims about specific model providers or data-residency locations beyond the fact that processing may be performed by GLOBAXIS and by processors acting on our instructions to operate the features you use.

Purposes and legal bases

Depending on your location and the activity, we process personal data to:

  • provide and maintain your account and the GLOBAXIS service (performance of a contract, or equivalent necessity to provide the service you requested);
  • connect optional sources such as Gmail, and process bounded evidence for the review workflow (consent, which you may withdraw);
  • generate suggestions and operate AI-assisted features you use (contract/service provision, and consent where required);
  • secure, debug, and prevent abuse of the service (legitimate interests, and legal obligation where applicable);
  • respond to your requests and communicate about the service (contract and/or legitimate interests);
  • comply with law, including requests from authorities where required (legal obligation).

Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests include operating a reliable planning product, keeping accounts secure, and improving user-facing functionality you already use. You may object as described below. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that already occurred lawfully.

Recipients and processors

Personal data may be processed by:

  • the GLOBAXIS operator and personnel who need access to operate the service;
  • infrastructure, hosting, security, and processing providers that act on GLOBAXIS instructions, including automated-analysis infrastructure used to generate suggestions you requested;
  • connected third parties you authorize, such as Google when you connect Gmail (Google then processes data under its own terms as the provider of that account);
  • professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

International transfers

GLOBAXIS may be used by people in more than one country. Personal data may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including by processors who help us operate the service. Where a transfer from the EEA/UK (or another region with transfer rules) is involved, we take steps required by applicable law, which may include appropriate contractual safeguards. This policy does not assert a specific data-residency commitment.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • account and planning content while your account is active, and for a limited period afterward if needed to close the account or resolve disputes;
  • bounded Gmail evidence, metadata, and excerpts while Gmail is connected and the review workflow requires them;
  • security, audit, and already-confirmed action records for as long as needed for security, legal claims, or legal obligations;
  • backups for a limited additional period.

When Gmail is disconnected, future Gmail access stops and cached Gmail evidence for that connection is deleted in the current implementation. That deletion does not rewrite history of actions you already confirmed, or records we must keep for security, audit, or law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and encrypted storage of connected-source credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You should use a strong password unique to GLOBAXIS and protect access to your devices and connected accounts.

Your choices and controls

  • You decide whether to connect optional sources such as Gmail.
  • You can disconnect Gmail and revoke access in GLOBAXIS and in your Google Account.
  • You review candidates and choose whether to confirm consequential changes.
  • You can update profile information in the product where that capability exists.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights described below.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR/UK GDPR where it applies), you may have the right to:

  • access personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete data, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • receive a portable copy of data you provided, where that right applies;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Some requests may require us to verify your identity. If a request is refused, we will explain why where the law requires it.

Children

GLOBAXIS is intended for people who can enter a legally binding arrangement in their place of residence. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to GLOBAXIS, contact us and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

Cookies and local storage

These public legal pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website may set a strictly necessary session or security cookie required to operate the site. The GLOBAXIS application may store local technical data (for example sign-in session material) on your device so the app can function. We do not describe additional tracking technologies on this site because this legal website does not currently implement them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. The current version will be published at https://globaxis.com/privacy. Material changes will be presented in a manner appropriate to the change, such as an updated posting on this page.
